Duty of Care Contract

Wasteology has a transparent and open relationship with all our customers. There are no hidden or annual charges. We have an agreed fee per collection which is calculated on the schedule and billed monthly. Unlike many competitors who have add on charges in small print.

The Duty of Care is a legal document that all Trade and Industrial business must keep up to date. This document can be requested at any point by an Environmental Officer in your area.

Acceptable Waste Types

Wasteology has the company ethic "WE WASTE NO WASTE" . Recycling is good for the environment and good for your organisation too. Whilst it is recommended to segregate your waste at source into separate bins, Wasteology understand that there is not always room to have multiple bins. General Waste collections are the most common as it is inevitable that some waste is contaminated with food.

Mixed Dry Recycled Waste (DMR)

This service provides a simple and cost effective way to increase your recycling rates and reduce your landfill costs. A small space is recommended for segregated containers for either specific waste types e.g… cardboard & paper, glass and cans. OR a Mixed Dry Recycling (DMR) bin where the waste is further separated when back at our Material Recovery Facility.

General waste

After you have separated the waste for recycling, Wasteology collect the general waste that’s left over take it back to our Licensed Waste Transfer Station and process it through our Material Recovery Facility.
