The environmental target will be zero to landfill as a high percentage of material from Demolition can be reused and recycled. However some projects encounter Hazardous waste (e.g. Plasterboard, Electrical Waste WEEE and Asbestos) and treated accordingly with separate collections.
A Concrete Crusher and Grab Loaders can be hired and various sized containers can be provided depending on accessibility and quantity of waste.
Fit Out or Refurbishment – Long term experience shows Wasteology that there is considerable variability of the materials that come from Fit Out and Refurbishment sites and there is much potential to recycle these materials.

New Build – A Start to End Waste Collection Service can be provided by Wasteology. From ground works to last fix we have expertise in Construction Waste. THere is full collaboration with our custoemrs to provide the relvant data to meet the building regulations for Site Waste Management Plans ( SWMP's)
There will be use of Skips, Roll On Roll Offs, Grab Loaders, Mobile Compaction Service, Concrete Crushers, Wheeled Bins and to optimise recycling at source we can provide a baler to compress cardboard and plastics from the packaging material that can be bulky using up valuable space.

Construction waste recycling is the separation and recycling of recoverable waste materials generated during construction and fit out. Packaging, new material scraps and old materials and debris all constitute potentially recoverable materials. In renovation, appliances, masonry materials, doors and windows are recyclable.
