Who Can Tip at Recycling Sites in Somerset?
Somerset County has recently announced changes to the permits at Recycling Sites. This is a popular change that many councils in England are introducing. Somerset Waste Partnership are introducing this change on the 3rd October 2016 as a response to residents demands to improve waste services . The desired result will be less congestion of large vehicles such as vans over 3.5 tonners and some cost savings to Somerset.
The Somerset Recycling sites do a fantastic job and certainly supply the increasing population with a vital service and encourage REUSE and RECYCLE before disposal. Wasteology are fully behind the waste hierarchy and says a company "We Won't Waste Your Waste" . However, with improved social behaviour we all want to treat waste as a resource and not encourage fly tipping, therefore Wasteology Limited would like to offer their Licensed Waste Transfer Station to those businesses or individuals that are affected by this change.
Wasteology is a family run business operating in Greenham Quarry, Wellington Where To Find Us.
We have recently built a new shed that enables all our tipping customers to do so undercover. There is a weigh bridge and all waste is paid for by weight and type of waste coming in. IF you are unsure of how it works or would like professional advice then please give our team a call on 01823 672 900.
